Freedom of Information (FOI)
Nuclear Transport Solutions is part of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA). NDA is subject to the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
The Act places requirements on public authorities, such as NDA, relating to the provision and disclosure of information. It enables anyone to request information and to be given that information, subject to certain exemptions.

Nuclear Transport Solutions (NTS) is a joint trading name of International Nuclear Services Ltd (Company Registration No. 1144352) and Direct Rail Services Ltd (Company Registration No. 03020822), whose registered office is Herdus House, Westlakes Science & Technology Park, Moor Row, Cumbria CA24 3HU.
