NTS announces General Counsel and Company Secretary appointment
NTS is pleased to announce that Meb Vadiya has been appointed to General Counsel and Company Secretary.
Meb has been Deputy General Counsel since the formation of NTS in 2021, having joined in 2013 as a Senior Commercial Lawyer. Prior to that he founded a law firm and spent time in the Middle East working in the energy and shipping sectors.
Meb has an in-depth knowledge of international, UK and EU nuclear law, regulations and obligations relating to nuclear transport, and in his time with NTS has worked on some landmark UK and international transport projects.
Meb is an active member of various international and national nuclear bodies and his expertise has seen him deliver lectures, workshops and articles for the EU, OECD, International Nuclear Law Association, World Nuclear Association, and International School of Nuclear Law. On top of this Meb is keen to use his expertise and knowledge for the benefit of other organisations and charities, and has been a Non-Executive Director for Energus delivering the UK nuclear graduates programme and Stockport NHS Trust.
