Nuclear Transport Solutions is part of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA). NDA is subject to the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
The Act places requirements on public authorities, such as NDA, relating to the provision and disclosure of information. It enables anyone to request information and to be given that information, subject to certain exemptions.

Nuclear Transport Solutions (NTS) is a joint trading name of International Nuclear Services Ltd (Company Registration No. 1144352) and Direct Rail Services Ltd (Company Registration No. 03020822), whose registered office is Hinton House, Birchwood Park Avenue, Risley, Warrington, Cheshire WA3 6GR.

Procurement and tendering procedures
Commercial pipelines provide a forward look of potential commercial activity within a department. The information presented is for reference only and reflects the Nuclear Transport Solutions anticipated procurement pipeline.
Nuclear Transport Solutions makes no commitment that:
- the requirements identified in these tables will be procured
- the annual value of any contract will be as stated
- the timing of any future procurement exercises will be as stated
The sourcing route for any subsequent procurement has not been determined, for example it could be via frameworks managed by Crown Commercial Services (CCS) or open competitions.
Nuclear Transport Solutions cannot guarantee that these opportunities will be available to all suppliers.
